Almonty Industries has successfully completed its March 2024 placement, closing the final tranche and raising additional gross proceeds of A$1,194,500.06. The company also managed Dundee Resources Limited’s divestment of its Almonty holdings, with shares successfully placed with supportive institutions and investors. Proceeds from the placement are earmarked for general working capital and covering offer costs.
