Almadex Minerals Seeks $200M in Arbitration

Almadex Minerals (TSE:DEX) has released an update.

Almadex Minerals Ltd. has issued a formal notice of intent to initiate arbitration against Mexico, seeking damages of no less than $200 million related to its 2.0% NSR royalty on the Ixtaca project. The action follows Mexico’s lack of response to a prior consultation request under the CPTPP. The company remains open to an amicable resolution before proceeding with arbitration.
