Alma Gold Inc., a Canadian gold exploration company, has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $300,000 by issuing 6,000,000 units at $0.05 each. Each unit includes a share and a warrant, which can be used to purchase an additional share at $0.08 within three years. The funds raised will be allocated towards general corporate expenses and debt settlement.
