Allup Silica Appoints New Director Simon Finnis

Allup Silica Ltd. (AU:APS) has released an update.

Allup Silica Limited has announced the appointment of Simon Finnis as a director as of August 16, 2024. Mr. Finnis, alongside his wife, indirectly holds 500,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares through the Finnis Super Fund Account. Additionally, an Employment Agreement is in place which includes performance rights subject to shareholder approval.
