The offering closed on June 26, 2025, and included a 30-day option for underwriters to purchase an additional 750,000 shares. Concurrently, Allot amended its convertible promissory note with Lynrock Lake Master Fund LP, repaying $31.41 million from the offering’s proceeds and converting the remaining $8.59 million into ordinary shares. This transaction eliminated Allot’s outstanding debt and increased Lynrock’s ownership to approximately 21.8% of Allot’s shares.
