Allot Announces Annual Shareholder Meeting with Key Votes

Allot Ltd. is set to hold its annual shareholder meeting on December 11, 2024, where key agenda items include amendments to the company’s Articles of Association and compensation policies, as well as the reelection of Efrat Makov as an Outside Director.
