Alligator Energy Ltd announces a change in director Paul Dickson’s interest, with the acquisition of 6,160,845 director share options as part of a remuneration package for non-executive directors. These options will vest annually in equal tranches over three years starting from October 2024. The grant was approved by shareholders at the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
