Alligator Energy has transitioned its Samphire uranium project into a Field Recovery Trial, completing pilot plant commissioning and beginning uranium extraction during the March 2026 quarter. Early post-quarter results show recovery performance, wellfield permeability and pilot plant operating parameters meeting or exceeding expectations, validating the in-situ recovery approach under field conditions.
The company has also launched a Bankable Feasibility Study for Samphire, aiming to feed real operational data from the trial into development planning and de-risk the project. Governance and leadership have been strengthened to support the shift toward development, with upcoming catalysts including further trial results, an updated Mineral Resource Estimate incorporating the Plumbush prospect, and drilling outcomes from an intensive campaign at Samphire.
