Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has successfully completed a $250 million private placement of Series J senior unsecured debentures with a 5.534% annual interest rate, maturing in 2028. The proceeds will be used to repay existing short-term debt. The debentures have been rated ‘BBB’ with a Negative trend by Morningstar DBRS.
