The AIMS Property Securities Fund is under scrutiny as allegations of undisclosed associations between unitholders surface, involving significant transactions of APW units. Applicants, who are also unitholders, have lodged a formal application with the regulatory Panel, seeking to investigate and potentially remedy the situation, including the cessation of dealing in specific APW units and the vesting of these units in ASIC for sale.
