Alkemy Capital Investments Plc ( (GB:ALK) ) has issued an update.
Alkemy Capital Investments, via its Tees Valley Lithium subsidiary, is deepening its role in the European battery supply chain as the region pushes to build domestic lithium refining capacity. TVL’s positioning is underpinned by an existing binding offtake agreement covering up to 40% of its planned output with a Glencore unit, highlighting strong industrial validation of its refinery project.
At the Benchmark GigaEurope Conference in Brussels, TVL held talks with lithium feedstock suppliers and Tier 1 cathode and battery manufacturers on potential supply and offtake collaborations, and has initiated follow-up discussions to expand its commercial framework. Following completion of the front-end engineering design study, the project has moved into a new phase focused on commercial, financing and delivery workstreams, while Alkemy has issued new shares to engineering partner Wave International and warrants to other parties, modestly enlarging its share capital ahead of the next stage of project development.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ALK) stock is a Hold with a £388.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Alkemy Capital Investments Plc stock, see the GB:ALK Stock Forecast page.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance (minimal revenue, ongoing losses, negative free cash flow, and negative equity with higher debt).
