Alkemy Capital Investments Plc ( (GB:ALK) ) has provided an update.
Alkemy Capital’s Tees Valley Lithium unit has signed agreements with Watercycle Technologies and Circulor to enhance lithium recovery, secure recycled feedstock, and embed digital traceability at its planned UK refinery. The partnerships aim to improve yields, reduce waste, and position the project as a compliant, low‑carbon supplier of lithium chemicals to European battery and automotive customers.
Under a memorandum with Watercycle, TVL plans to deploy modular on-site lithium recovery that could reclaim about 800 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent annually, worth around $16 million, while a separate framework targets up to 50,000 tonnes of recycled lithium feedstock over five years from 2028. A deal with Circulor will provide batch-level tracking of material origin and recycled content, helping TVL exceed forthcoming EU Battery Regulation thresholds for recycled lithium and align with the traceability standards used by major OEMs such as Volvo, Ford, and Panasonic.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:ALK) stock is a Hold with a £388.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Alkemy Capital Investments Plc stock, see the GB:ALK Stock Forecast page.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance (minimal revenue, ongoing losses, negative free cash flow, and negative equity with higher debt).
