Alien Metals Ltd is set to raise up to £0.6 million through the issuance of new Common Shares at a discounted price, aiming to fund its iron ore and precious metals projects in Western Australia. The capital raise will take place via an accelerated bookbuild starting immediately, with the potential share placement representing about 7% of the enlarged share capital. Additionally, the company is discussing a joint venture for the Hancock Project, promising further updates as talks progress.
