Alien Metals Ltd has announced the successful completion of their share placement, raising £0.6 million at 0.11 pence per share, a 10.2% discount to the previous day’s closing price. The proceeds will primarily fund the company’s iron ore and precious metals projects in Western Australia, as well as general working capital. Shares from the placement will start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 7 August 2024.
