Alice Queen Ltd. has secured a significant investment of approximately $3.64 million from its major shareholder, Gage Resource Development Pty Ltd, to accelerate its gold exploration projects in Fiji. This investment increases Gage’s ownership to a controlling 51% stake in the company, and as part of the agreement, Mr. Jianying Wang of Beijing Gage Capital was appointed to the Alice Queen board. The funds will primarily advance the Sabeto and Viani gold projects, with drilling and exploration activities planned in the upcoming months.
