Alicanto Minerals Limited has announced a new securities issue, proposing to issue a total of 123,117,362 ordinary fully paid shares in a standard pro rata issue, along with an additional 9,500,000 shares through a placement or other type of issue. The offering is set with an ex date of June 25, 2024, a record date of June 26, 2024, and an offer closing date of July 22, 2024, with the issue date for the new shares slated for July 26, 2024, and September 6, 2024, respectively.
