Alicanto Minerals Limited has announced that director Robert Sennitt, who previously reported holding 1,350,000 fully paid ordinary shares, ceased to be a director of the company as of June 20, 2024. The update, provided under listing rule 3.19A.3 and section 205G of the Corporations Act, does not report any relevant interests in securities where Sennitt is not the registered holder, nor any interests in contracts.
