Alibaba Pictures Group Limited has announced plans to amend its bye-laws to align with the latest regulatory requirements, including updates for paperless listing and electronic dissemination of corporate communications. The amendments will also allow the holding and disposing of treasury shares according to Bermuda laws and are pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
