Alibaba Health Information Technology Limited has announced the re-designation of Mr. Zhu Shunyun from an executive Director to a non-executive Director, effective September 1, 2024, to allow him to focus on strategic planning for the group. Mr. Zhu, who has a significant history with the Alibaba Group and holds substantial shares, will continue serving as the Chairman of the Board and Nomination Committee. His new non-executive role will come with a set three-year term and a monthly salary of RMB81,000.
