Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. announced dividends for common and preferred shares for Q3 2024, with common shares at US$0.0650 (or C$0.0893) and preferred shares at C$0.41100 for Series A and C$0.42831 for Series D. The dividends will be paid in cash with options for currency preferences for registered and beneficial shareholders, following the suspension of the dividend reinvestment plan in March 2023. The company, with total assets of approximately $18 billion, is a major utility provider focusing on safe and sustainable energy and water solutions.
