Alfa Financial Software reported a 15% rise in 2025 revenue to £126.7m, driven by 16% growth in subscription income, with operating profit up 17% and a robust 31.6% margin. The group ended the year with £26.4m in cash, no bank debt, and raised both its ordinary and special dividends, underpinned by a 97% free cash flow conversion and a 109% net revenue retention rate.

Management highlighted strong momentum in its SaaS model, with subscription total contract value up 18%, annual recurring revenue climbing 15% to £43.9m and 22 customers now on Alfa Cloud. Continued investment of £37.7m in product development, a growing US business that now contributes 45% of revenues, and a deep late-stage sales pipeline reinforce Alfa’s competitive position, even as currency headwinds temper reported growth expectations for 2026.
