Alfa Financial Software plc ( (GB:ALFA) ) has shared an update.
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC reported that all resolutions at its 2026 annual general meeting were passed by poll, including approval of the 2025 annual report, the directors’ remuneration report and a final dividend of 1.5 pence per share. Shareholders also renewed authorities to allot shares, disapply pre-emption rights, repurchase shares, make political donations and reappointed RSM UK Audit LLP as auditor.
All directors standing for election or re-election were approved, with the independent non-executive directors’ resolutions passed both by independent shareholders and by all shareholders. However, the re-election of independent director Chris Sullivan received a notably lower level of support from independent shareholders, prompting the board to commit to consulting with them to understand and address any concerns raised by the vote.
