Alexium International Group Limited has strengthened its governance structure by appointing Mr Martyn Strickland and Mr Randall Lane as Non-Executive Directors, effective from July 1, 2024. Both appointees come with a wealth of experience, Strickland bringing extensive background from his time at Colinton Capital Partners and Deloitte, and Lane with a solid track record in senior management within the chemical and medical device industries. Their combined expertise is expected to add significant value to Alexium and its shareholders.
