Alexium International Group Limited has announced the appointment of T. Randall Lane as a director of the company effective July 1, 2024. According to the Initial Director’s Interest Notice submitted to the ASX under listing rule 3.19A.1, Mr. Lane currently holds no registered securities in the firm upon his appointment. The document also confirms that the new director has no interests in contracts related to the company that need to be disclosed.
