Alderan Resources Ltd. has launched a Rights Issue for its shareholders to subscribe for new shares at a discounted rate, aiming to raise approximately $1.27 million. Shareholders in Australia or New Zealand can acquire one new share for every two held, and extra shares may be available from any shortfall. The offer, which closes on 17 September 2024, is a strategic move to fund the company’s exploration of critical and precious metal projects in the United States and lithium projects in Brazil.
