Aldebaran Resources Inc. has received confirmation from Nuton Holdings Ltd., a Rio Tinto venture, for a second payment of $20 million under their joint venture agreement for the Altar project. This payment is part of Nuton’s option to acquire a 20% interest in the Altar copper-gold project in Argentina. The payment is expected in early January 2025, marking a significant milestone in Aldebaran’s ongoing exploration efforts.
