Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC has announced the allotment of 509,027 new ordinary shares as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme, with shares being admitted to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange in stages through August 2024. These shares will have equal standing with the existing shares. Post-issuance, the company’s total capital consists of 158,169,916 ordinary shares, with 136,166,977 total voting rights available to shareholders.
