Albion Technology & General VCT PLC has announced the issuance of 768,434 new Ordinary shares at 70.64p each as part of its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. The shares are expected to start trading on the London Stock Exchange from July 1, 2024, and will have the same rights as the existing shares. After this issuance, the company’s total voting rights will stand at 191,555,629.
