Albion KAY VCT PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 4,328,049 ordinary shares at 19.78 pence each, which constitutes 0.77% of the total voting rights before the transaction. After this move, the company’s capital consists of 646,619,453 ordinary shares, with 87,982,092 held in treasury. The total number of voting rights now stands at 558,637,361.
