Albion Enterprise VCT PLC has announced the issuance of 416,507 new ordinary shares at a price of 132.96 pence each, following its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. These shares will be listed on the London Stock Exchange with equal standing to existing shares. Post-issuance, the company’s total voting rights amount to 111,489,499.
