At the recent virtual AGM of Albion Development VCT PLC, shareholders passed all proposed resolutions with a significant majority, including the adoption of the company’s annual accounts, approval of directors’ remuneration, re-election of board members, and authorities related to share allotments and purchases. Notably, the appointment of Johnston Carmichael LLP as the company’s auditor and the authorisation for the directors to set the auditor’s remuneration were also approved with overwhelming support.
