Albion Development VCT PLC reported a strong half-yearly financial performance with a total return of 9.50 pence per share and an increased net asset value of 95.91 pence per share. The fund size grew to £142.8 million, and shareholders benefited from a regular dividend of 2.22 pence and a declared second dividend of 2.40 pence per share, along with a special dividend of 3.00 pence per share. The successful sale of Egress after the period end significantly contributed to the company’s performance, returning over seven times its cost.
