Albion Crown VCT PLC, a venture capital trust, has announced the issuance of new equity through its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. The company has allotted over 1.5 million new Ordinary shares and 484,437 new Ordinary C shares, which will be admitted to the London Stock Exchange. This issuance increases the total voting rights to over 520 million, allowing shareholders to adjust their holdings in accordance with FCA regulations.
