Alaska Silver Corp ( (TSE:WAM) ) has provided an update.

Alaska Silver Corp. has outlined a fully funded 6,000-meter diamond drilling and surface exploration program for summer 2026 at its 100%-owned Illinois Creek silver-gold-lead-zinc and gallium project in western Alaska. Using two company-owned drill rigs, the campaign aims to expand resources at the high-grade Waterpump Creek deposit, advance the newly discovered Silver Sage zone and test additional high-priority targets across the 32,737-hectare property.

At Waterpump Creek, drilling will target extensions of the high-grade inferred resource across a post-mineral fault, following 2025 holes that confirmed mineralization continues south of the fault and clarified the structural controls. At Silver Sage, where trenching and initial drilling in 2025 returned high-grade silver-lead values and confirmed a carbonate replacement setting, the 2026 work will seek deeper feeder structures and coherent sulfide mineralization, while a broader regional program will probe two interpreted CRD-porphyry centers to refine district-scale potential for future growth.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:WAM) stock is a Hold with a C$1.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Alaska Silver Corp stock, see the TSE:WAM Stock Forecast page.
