Aker Capital AS has fulfilled its underwriting commitment by subscribing to 5,095,519 shares in Solstad Maritime Holding AS (SMH), priced at NOK 11.82 each, following an offering of 63,497,303 shares. This transaction increases Aker Capital’s ownership in SMH to approximately 42%.
