Aker ASA ( (AKAAF) ) has provided an update.

Aker ASA reported net asset value of NOK 67.3 billion at the end of 2025, equal to NOK 905 per share, broadly flat quarter-on-quarter but up 22.4% for the year including NOK 3.9 billion in dividends. The group delivered a total shareholder return of 49.5%, far outpacing the Oslo benchmark, supported by strong portfolio performance and disciplined capital returns.

Over the year, Aker sharpened its portfolio by exiting SalMar, increasing its stake in real estate finance group PPI after a NOK 37 billion asset deal with SBB, and building new growth pillars through stakes in Nscale and Aker Nscale alongside continued AI momentum at Cognite. Management highlighted that these moves have reduced Aker’s dependence on commodity cycles, while solid liquidity and a proposed NOK 29 per-share dividend for 2025 underscore confidence in its financial position entering 2026.
