Aker BioMarine ASA successfully conducted an Extraordinary General Meeting virtually, with a significant 85.11% of shares represented. All agenda items, including granting the Board the authority to distribute dividends based on the 2023 annual accounts, were approved. The meeting, chaired by General Counsel Lars Jacobsen and co-signed by CFO Katrine Klaveness, confirmed the company’s strong position in krill-derived products for health and nutrition.
