AJN Resources Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement offering aimed at raising a minimum of $500,000 by selling company units at $0.10 each, which includes common shares and warrants. Additionally, the company is proposing a debt settlement transaction by issuing units at the same price. The funds raised will be directed towards exploration activities on AJN’s properties and general working capital.
