AJ Bell has bought back 100,000 ordinary shares as part of its previously announced £50m share repurchase programme, paying a volume-weighted average price of 450.22 pence per share. The purchase was executed through Jefferies International across multiple trading venues including the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X, BATS, Aquis and Turquoise.

The company will cancel all of the shares acquired, reducing its total shares in issue to 397,909,942 and leaving no shares held in treasury.
