Airtel Africa Reports Robust Revenue Growth Amid Challenges

Airtel Africa Plc (GB:AAF) has released an update.

Airtel Africa Plc reported a 19.9% growth in constant currency revenue for the first half of 2025, fueled by a 6.1% increase in its customer base and strong growth in data and mobile money services. Despite facing currency devaluation impacts, the company improved its EBITDA margins sequentially in Q2’25 through cost efficiency programs and reduced foreign currency debt exposure. The Board declared an interim dividend increase of 9%, reflecting confidence in Airtel Africa’s strategic execution and growth potential across its markets.
