Airtel Africa PLC has actively pursued its share buy-back program, purchasing 490,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 116.60 to 118.30 GBp per share on 27 September 2024. These shares will be subsequently cancelled. Since the program’s inception on 1 March 2024, the company has acquired a total of 61,039,054 shares at an average price of 112.33 GBp.
