Airtel Africa PLC has executed a share buy-back, purchasing 558,548 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 111.70 to 113.40 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing buy-back program initiated on March 1, 2024. The shares acquired will be cancelled, contributing to the total of 66,402,052 shares bought back by the company to date, at an average price of 112.39 GBp each.
