Airtasker Director’s Late Share Transfer Notice

Airtasker Ltd (AU:ART) has released an update.

Airtasker Limited reported a late lodgement of an Appendix 3Y detailing a non-market transfer of 1,637,000 shares by director Timothy Fung and related entities. The transfer did not affect Fung’s beneficial interest in the company’s shares, although it was not lodged within the required five business days. The company has reiterated its commitment to comply with ASX listing rules and is taking steps to prevent similar delays in the future.
