Airtasker Limited has announced a strategic $6m media partnership with oOh!media to enhance its brand presence across Australia, leveraging oOh!media’s extensive network of over 35,000 advertising sites. The deal involves a $5m convertible note from Airtasker to oOh!media, with the option to convert into shares at a future date. This partnership comes as Airtasker reports a strong financial position, with positive cash flow and significant cash reserves, aiming to replicate the success of their recent UK media campaign.
