AirNet Technology to Expand Share Capital

AirNet Technology Inc. (ANTE) has released an update.

AirNet Technology Inc. has scheduled its annual general meeting for May 31, 2024, in Beijing, where shareholders will vote on a significant proposed increase to the company’s authorized share capital. If approved, the authorized share capital will rise from US$1,000,000 to US$40,000,000, enabling the creation of additional ordinary and preferred shares. Shareholders on record as of May 2, 2024, will be eligible to attend the meeting and cast their votes on this transformative financial decision.
