Air Products Sells LNG Business to Honeywell for $1.81B

An update from Air Products and Chemicals (APD) is now available.

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. and Honeywell International Inc. have struck a $1.81 billion cash deal for the sale of Air Products’ liquefied natural gas (LNG) business to Honeywell. This includes a manufacturing facility in Florida and roughly 475 employees are set to transfer to Honeywell upon completion. The transaction is anticipated to finalize by the year’s end, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, with Air Products offering transitional support to ensure smooth integration.
