Air China Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Li Fushen from his roles as an independent non-executive Director and various committee positions due to age, effective from August 30, 2024. The company acknowledges Mr. Li’s valuable contributions and confirms there are no disagreements surrounding his departure. Air China is now seeking a replacement to comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements and will update shareholders in due course.
