Air China Limited has announced the composition of its Board of Directors, which includes Executive Chairman Ma Chongxian, alongside a mix of Non-executive, Employee Representative, and Independent Non-executive Directors. The board consists of five committees focusing on various aspects of the company’s governance, such as Strategy and Investment, Audit and Risk Management, Nomination, Remuneration and Appraisal, and Aviation Safety, each chaired and populated by different board members.
