Aion Therapeutic Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement offering aimed at raising up to $750,000 through the sale of 50 million units at $0.015 each. Each unit will include a share and a warrant, with the latter being exercisable at $0.05 for eighteen months post-offering. The funds raised are intended for general working capital purposes, and the securities will be subject to a four-month hold.
