Aion Therapeutic Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 45,454,545 units to raise approximately $500,000 for general working capital. The units, priced at $0.011 each, comprise one common share and a half warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at $0.05 for eighteen months post-offering.
